Refund policy

We want your order to arrive in good condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be cancelled for a refund. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns for non-defective items must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
